Relais voile

This branch of the Granville regional sailing centre has been running for 5 years, north of the l'Ermitage car park, on rue de la Rafale. Both locals and visitors can take part in the water sports on offer as sea kayaks, sail boats, windsurfing boards and catamarans are all for hire. Lessons are also available on request.

Emergency station

During the summer, 6 voluntary fire fighters keep watch on the beach. They wear a fluorescent uniform, making them easily identifiable in an emergency.
Near to the emergency station a wheelchair has been kindly provided by the town for people with reduced mobility. Called a "hippocampe", this light-weight wheelchair enables easy access to the beach.
